Lehman Property Management offers full service property management. This is our premium package and allows independent rental owners the ability to offer professional service to their tenants. This includes access to our professional leasing services and access to a lease approved by the National Association of REALTOR. We provide both maintenance and accounting support. Finally, we remain current in landlord tenant law through our service on Legislative committees with both the National Association of Residential Property Manager (NARPM® ) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).

Full Service Property Management includes the following services:

  • Coordinating evictions and appearing in court
  • Sending tenant accounts to collection
  • Strategic long-term planning
  • Performing routine move-in and move-out inspections


Our leasing services coordinate the marketing and advertising of your rental property. We will arrange for prospective tenants to see your property. A leasing video is prepared for all properties. Once a prospective tenant is identified, they are screened and weighted against the criteria established by the property owner. Once approved, a lease is executed and the tenant moves into the property. Video recordings are also done at the time of move in and move out. This allows for the accurate processing of security deposits.

Tenant services make up the heart of our operation. These individuals man our physical office daily 9 to 5. They provide assistance to your tenant answering questions from “which school does my child attend” to “what day is my trash picked up”. Our tenant services team can answer these questions in English, Spanish or Vietnamese. Tenant services also hold the tenant accountable to their lease. In situations where a tenant violates the lease they are equipped to get them back on track with a range of tools from letters to court action. Finally, if something breaks our tenant services team has the support of our maintenance staff to get the problem resolved.


Our maintenance department provides maintenance support for rapid response to resolve tenant maintenance issues. Through our partnership with Lehman Property Maintenance, we provide maintenance technicians who have been trained to evaluate situations to determine the root cause of the failure. If the failure was tenant caused they will immediately start the documentation process to allow a tenant to be back charged. Additionally, technicians are familiar with property budgeting requirements so they can make the best decision for an owner. Our computer based maintenance tracking system allows for group scheduling of issues and therefore cost savings to owners..

The maintenance team does not stop there they are the driving force behind our unit make ready process. Every time a unit become vacant a make ready evaluation is performed and documented on video. This video then becomes the base for a free estimate to have the unit prepared for the next tenant. Once approved by the owner this work is schedule for rapid completion.

Our accounting team verifies the accuracy the posting of all tenant payments in real time. They scan and upload, for your review, all property invoices. Once these invoices have been verified payment is released from your funds. Income and expense statements are maintained for each month. The best part is once each month they will transfer to you the profits from your investment property..

Finally, the entire operation is coordinated by our management team. This team has a fiduciary responsibility first and foremost to the property owner. In their oversight of tenant service, leasing, maintenance and accounting they are required by the Pa Real Estate Commission to act in the owners best interest. Our management team as a core belief looks out for the owner, period. One of the key services provided is the teaching of owners to understand the reports produced by our professional management software. Finally, the management team is in place to ensure that an owner getting an answer to their question does not get in the way of keeping their tenant happy. This is because we all know a happy tenant leads to a profitable rental situation.
