Frequently we are willing to work with bad credit/no credit situations. If you have bad credit or no credit then the way we work with it we require either a second security deposit or a co-signer.

Most cases we accept a second security deposit. In the case that you need a second security deposit and can't afford to pay it up front we will work with you. We can break it up and you can just pay a little bit each month with your rent.

In the case that you do need a co-signer, the co-signer must not only have a good credit score but their income must also be high enough to cover their own bills and your rent.
